KG+SELECT is an open competition that started in 2019 as an award section of KG+. Ten artists, selected by a jury from entries from around the world, will be given a venue with the right conditions, receive support for production costs, and hold a month-long exhibition. An internationally active jury will judge the actual exhibition and select the Grand Prix. The artist selected for the Grand Prix will receive an incentive and hold an exhibition at KYOTOGRAPHIE the following year. KG+SELECT, which has attracted attention from various media and media, is an exhibition-based award that will enable artists to make further progress through a step-up at KYOTOGRAPHIE.
