The Lee Byung-Chang Collection The Lee Byung-Chang Collection consists of 301 pieces of Korean ceramics and 50 pieces of Chinese ceramics collected in Japan by Dr. Lee Byung-Chang (1915-2005), a Korean living in Japan, and is one of the world's largest private collections of Korean ceramics in terms of quality and quantity. The collection was donated to the Museum of Oriental Ceramics, Osaka from 1996 to 1998 with Dr. Lee's wish that it would promote Korean ceramic culture worldwide and nourish the pride and hope of compatriots living in Japan.
